At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Dublin San Ramon Services District Board of Directors on December 3, 2002, the Board elected Richard W. Rose as President and Daniel J. Scannell as Vice President.
Newly elected Director Thomas W. Ford and reelected Director Jeffrey G. Hansen assumed their duties at noon on Friday, December 6, 2002.
President Rose announced next year's committee assignments as follows:
- External Affairs Committee: Vice President Scannell, Director G.T. (Tom) McCormick
- Finance Committee: President Rose, Director Ford
- Personnel Committee: Director Hansen, Director McCormick
- Wastewater Committee: Director Ford, Director Hansen
- Water Committee: President Rose, Vice President Scannell
