The District Code of the Dublin San Ramon Services District (District Code) consists of the rules and regulations of the Dublin San Ramon Services District, codified under the authority of Article 2 of Chapter 1 of Division 1 of Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of California. The recodified code was adopted by the DSRSD Board of Directors November 2, 2010, and became effective December 1, 2010.

The District Code is key word searchable for your convenience. It is a living document that continually changes through new ordinances adopted by the DSRSD Board of Directors.

The first District Code was adopted in 1975, combining and organizing the various ordinances then in effect. The Code was completely recodified in 1997. The updates reflect changes in applicable law and regulations and improved coordination with the District’s policies, practices, and procedures.
