How Do I access my Account information?
 
Using a touch-tone phone and DSRSD’s 24/7 Voice Response System, you can get answers to to the most commonly asked account/billing questions.
  1. Dial (925)828-8524
  2. Press 1 to access the Account Information Menu (below), then select the option you want to hear.
  3. Press Option
    1 Current Account Balance (including your payment history)
    2
    		 Payment Options: Drop Box (cash, check, money order), Autopay, or credit card
    3
    		 Fee Information (including Fixed Rates and Quantity Charges)
    4
    		 District Office Address and Hours of Operation
    5
    		 Leave a Voicemail Message
    6
    		 Establish New Service, Discontinue Service, Past Due Account
    (or speak to a representative during regular business hours)
    AFTER accessing any option in the Account Information Menu:
    press 1 to repeat the same message
    press 2 to return to the main menu
