HOW DOES AUTOPAY WORK?
   

Have you ever wanted to skip writing checks and posting envelopes to pay your water bill?
Ever wonder how to keep up with water bill payments while on vacation or away from home?


AutoPay, a service of Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD), may be the answer. With AutoPay your bank will automatically deduct your water bill payment from your checking account. You save on stamps, envelopes, and checks, not to mention your time and effort.

DSRSD will continue to send a bi-monthly billing statement for your review and records. Your account will be charged for payment on the due date shown on the billing statement.

It’s easy to sign up! All you need to do is complete an authorization form and return it with a voided blank check. DSRSD does NOT charge a fee to use AutoPay.

AutoPay is easy, convenient, and saves you time.

How To Enroll
   
AutoPay is available to all residential and business customers of Dublin San Ramon Services District.

To sign up, just fill out the authorization form. Be sure to include a blank check from your account, marked VOID.
(Deposit slips will not be accepted.)

Continue to pay your bill until it says, "AutoPay - Do Not Pay" in the amount due box on your billing statement.

AutoPay will continue as long as your account remains in good standing or until you request a change. Payments rejected by your financial institution because of insufficient funds, closed/unauthorized accounts or any other reason will incur a $25 service charge. AutoPay participation may be cancelled by the District on any account for which payment is rejected more than once.

To Request Cancellation or Changes
Once you are enrolled in AutoPay, changes can be made by submitting a new authorization form. Cancellation can be made in writing, either by mail or e-mail at customerservice@dsrsd.com, or by calling during business hours.
