eCheck automatically pays your water bill directly from your designated bank account. This free service eliminates the cost of postage and pays your bill on time, even if you’re out of town. You still receive a bimonthly statement for your records, but payment is automatically deducted from your bank account on the due date.
eCheck is available to all residential and business customers of DSRSD. It’s free, convenient, and saves you time.
How To Enroll
It’s easy to sign up. If you receive paper bills, just check the box labeled “Sign me up for eCheck” on the front of your bill, and sign and date the form. Send in the top portion of your statement with your check as usual. Starting with the next bill, your bank will automatically withdraw your payment from the same bank account as the check submitted with the sign-up form. The transaction occurs on the due date shown on your statement.

Once you’re enrolled, you will see “AutoPay – Do Not Pay” in the amount due box on your bill. eCheck will continue as long as your DSRSD account remains in good standing or until you request a change.
Payments rejected by your financial institution because of insufficient funds, closed/unauthorized accounts, or any other reason will incur a $25 service charge. DSRSD may cancel eCheck participation on any account for which payment is rejected more than once.
