HOW does e-billing WORK?
   

Do you want to reduce the amount of wasted paper in your mailbox, ensure the privacy of your billing information, and have an electronic copy that is easy to file or reproduce?

e-bill, a new service from Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD), may be the answer. With e-bill, DSRSD will send your bi-monthly billing statement to your designated e-mail address.

e-bill does not accept online payment and will not change the way you remit your payment. e-bill only affects the manner in which you receive your bill.

By converting to electronic billing instead of conventional mail, DSRSD will be reducing: operating costs, paper waste and greenhouse emissions. If you sign up for e-bill - you'll be helping the environment too.

How To Enroll
   

It’s easy to sign up! All you need to do is complete an authorization form and return it to DSRSD via fax or mail. There’s no fee to use e-bill.

e-bill is available to all residential and business customers of Dublin San Ramon Services District.

To sign up, fill out the authorization form and submit it in one of the following ways:

or scan it, save it as a pdf and e-mail it to: customerservice@dsrsd.com
 

We will send a confirmation to your e-mail address when your request has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at (925) 828-8524.

A paper invoice will no longer be mailed to your street address.

 
 

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU FORGET TO NOTIFY DSRSD
THAT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS HAS CHANGED?

 
  • DSRSD does NOT receive an alert stating that delivery was unsuccessful.
  • DSRSD will NOT know that you have not received your bill.
  • If you have not received your water bill (due to an invalid e-mail address), and your account is not paid
    by the due date, your account may be assessed a 10% past due fee.  Past Due notices will be sent via
    United States Postal Service.
   
  Once you are enrolled in e-bill, changes can be made by submitting a new form. Cancellation must be made in writing, either by mail, fax or e-mail at customerservice@dsrsd.com
