With Paperless Billing, DSRSD sends your bimonthly bill to your e-mail address.
This free service reduces paper in your mailbox and protects your privacy. You still receive an electronic copy of your bill that’s easy to file or print.
Paperless Billing does not accept online payment and will not change the way you remit payment. Paperless Billing only affects the manner in which you receive your bill. (To pay electronically, sign up for eCheck or use your bank’s online payment option.)
How To Enroll
It’s easy to sign up for Paperless Billing!
Call (925) 828-8524 during business hours to give us your e-mail address. We will set up your account immediately and send you a confirming e-mail.
Or, e-mail us at customerservice@dsrsd.com. Include the e-mail address where you would like to receive your bills and your account number in the body of the e-mail.
Or, if you prefer, download and print an authorization form and submit it in one of the following ways.

A paper invoice will no longer be mailed to your street address. After enrolling please call us if you do not receive a confirming e-mail.
Paperless Billing is available to all residential and business customers of Dublin San Ramon Services District.
HOW TO MAKE CHANGES
If your e-mail address changes or you wish to cancel Paperless Billing, please call Customer Service or e-mail customerservice@dsrsd.com.
What happens if you forget to notify DSRSD
that your e-mail address has changed?
DSRSD does NOT receive an alert stating that delivery was unsuccessful.
DSRSD will NOT know that you have not received your bill.
If you have not received your water bill (due to an invalid e-mail address) and your account is not paid by the due date, your account may be assessed a 10% past due fee. Past due notices will be sent via U.S. Postal Service.
