Cash payments may be made in person during regular business hours (please check the home page of the website as seasonal hours change), at the Customer Service counter located at our District Office, 7051 Dublin Blvd., Dublin.

You may also pay by check via our drop box located on the western side of the parking lot of the District Office (next to Big O Tires). Note that payments left in the drop box may not be credited until the next business day. DO NOT put cash payments in this box.

A $5.95 flat rate convenience fee for using this service will be charged to your credit card bill, in addition to your water bill. Please note that this is paid directly to Official Payments Corp. Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) does not receive any portion of this convenience fee. Upon completion of your transaction with Official Payments you will receive a confirmation number. You are required to contact Customer Service at 925-828-8524 and provide your confirmation number.
