Dublin
San Ramon Services District Capacity Reserve Fees
Dublin San
Ramon Services District (DSRSD) provides potable
water and recycled water distribution services to Dougherty
Valley. New connections to DSRSDs water distribution systems
represent an increase in demand for water distribution services.
DSRSD code requires that this demand be assessed in the form
of a water capacity reserve fee (formerly known as a connection fee) payable to DSRSD upon final map recordation
and issuance of a water line construction permit. Customers purchase capacity in the DSRSD water distribution systems. Fees are based on meter size. |

For information on fees for larger meters or other questions, please call (925)

Zone 7 Water Connection Fees
Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation
District, Zone 7, provides potable water treatment services
to the Dougherty Valley area of San Ramon. Zone 7 delivers treated potable water
to DSRSDs water distribution system for distribution
to consumers. New connections to DSRSDs potable water
distribution system represent an increase in demand for water
treatment services. Zone 7s code requires that this
demand be assessed in the form of a water connection fee. DSRSD water capacity reserve fees are collected prior to
issuance of water line construction permits and Zone 7 water connection fees are collected by DSRSD prior to meter set. Zone 7 water
fees are shown below.
