Dublin
San Ramon Services District Connection Fees Which Purchase Water
Capacity in the District Distribution System: Dublin San
Ramon Services District (DSRSD) provides potable
water and recycled water distribution services to Dougherty
Valley. New connections to DSRSD’s water distribution systems
represent an increase in demand for water distribution services.
DSRSD code requires that this demand be assessed in the form
of a water connection fee payable to DSRSD upon final map recordation
and issuance of a Water Line Construction Permit. The following DSRSD Water Connection
Fees go into effect July 1, 2009: |

Zone 7 Connection Fees
Zone 7, Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation
District (Zone 7) provides potable water treatment services
to the City of Dublin. Zone 7 delivers treated potable water
to DSRSD’s water distribution system for distribution
to consumers. New connections to DSRSD’s potable water
distribution system represent an increase in demand for water
treatment services. Zone 7’s code requires that this
demand be assessed in the form of a water connection fee. DSRSD water connection fees are collected prior to
issuance of water line construction permits and Zone 7 water connection fees are collected by DSRSD prior to meter set. Zone 7 Water
Fees are as follows:
