The District charges fees for specific miscellaneous services (e.g., late payment fees, plan review fees, grease trap inspections, etc.) provided to some customers. Charging fees for customer-specific services enables the District to keep regular and recurring rates for all customers as low as possible.
The current fee schedules linked below is effective on April 4, 2016. The District evaluates Miscellaneous Fees every two years to ensure each one covers the cost of providing the service, and the Board of Directors conducts a public hearing before adopting new fees. The District Code sections listed in the tables linked below provide more information on the regulations that establish these fees.
