Drought Emergency

Mandatory limitations on water use and Stage 3 Water Shortage Rates are in effect. Customers must use 25% less water overall, with a reduction of 50-60% in outdoor consumption advised. To stay on track to meet the reduction goal by year-end, customers must water no more than once a week in November. Since January, water use has dropped 23.7% compared to the same period in 2013; for the week ending November 16, 2014, our customers used 36.5% less water than during the same week in 2013. Per-person consumption has dropped from 141 to 83 gallons per day (October 2013 compared to October 2014). More information on water use limitations>>

Bill-Pay, Credit Card, Electronic Check

We accept electronic payments from many bill-payment services. Contact the financial institution to set it up.

To pay by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or an electronic debit from your checking account, click the link below. Paymentus will process your payment and charge you a convenience fee of $3.50.

Electronic and phone payments made before 5 p.m. Pacific Time will be posted to your account the next business day. If you are making a payment to avoid loss of service or to have service restored, please contact Customer Service after making your payment.

 

eCheck Automatic Payment

eCheck automatically pays your water bill directly from your bank account on the due date. You still receive a statement for your records. This free service pays your bill on time, every time.

  • Check "Sign me up for eCheck" and sign your name on the top part of your bill (example at right).

To pay by check or money order:

  • Mail to DSRSD, P.O. Box CC, Dublin, CA 94568-3018
  • Bring to the Customer Service counter during business hours. We’re located at 7051 Dublin Blvd., Dublin.
  • Place in the 24-hour drop box in the parking lot on the west side of the District Office (next to Big O Tires). Drop box payments may not be credited to your account until the next business day.

Cash payments are accepted at the Customer Service counter. Please do not put cash in the drop box or the mail.

Paperless Billing

Please allow us to email your statement to save time, money, and trees. Paperless Billing reduces paper in your mailbox and protects your privacy. You still receive an electronic copy of your bill that’s easy to file or print.

To enroll in Paperless Billing, simply provide your email address and account number by phone or email. We will send you a confirming email. If your email address changes or you wish to cancel Paperless Billing, please call (925) 828-8524 or email CustomerService@dsrsd.com.
