Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) provides water, recycled water, and wastewater services at the lowest overall rate in the valley.
  Sixty percent of your bill is the cost of water DSRSD purchases from Zone 7 Water Agency. Forty percent of your bill is the cost for DSRSD to maintain the system that delivers water to homes and businesses.

$1.58 / unit* Zone 7 charge (cost of water)
$0.55 / unit* DSRSD Tier 1 distribution charge (applied to first 30 units of water)
$0.70 / unit* DSRSD Tier 2 distribution charge (applied to 31+ units of water)
* 1 unit of water = 100 cubic feet (1ccf) = 748 gallons

Water and/or sewer bills may be paid any of four ways:
  • By e-bill or AutoPay
  • By mail with the bill stub in the envelope provided with the bill
  • In person at the District Office
  • In the drop box at the District Office parking lot
