Staff Available by Email and Phone During Shelter in Place

While our lobby and Permit Counter are closed to in-person assistance, Dublin San Ramon Services District employees are still working and ready to respond to inquiries and issues by email and phone during the COVID-19 shelter-in-place order. District staff are available to help with planning and permitting as well as with customer service questions. Contact us:

New service applications are available online under the “Your Account” drop-down menu. Information about how to pay your bill online or over the phone can also be found on our website. Staff members are still available for needed service in the field and are practicing safe distancing. 

There will be no disconnections to customers’ water service due to billing/payment issues during this health emergency. It is important to DSRSD that all customers have access to clean water, especially for hand washing. If you are unable to pay the entire balance of your bill, please contact Utility Billing to discuss a payment arrangement plan.

And as always, DSRSD Operations staff continue to deliver safe drinking water, respond to emergencies, and operate the wastewater and recycled water treatment plants 24/7. Your drinking water is safe from COVID-19.
