The Senior Information Technology Analyst position plans, organizes, coordinates, and reviews the work of technical staff responsible for maintaining and administer the WAN and LAN network systems; designs, implements, maintains, administers, and monitors the District’s business and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) network infrastructure; and plans and implements security measures to protect the District’s systems. As part of a five-member Board, Director Georgean Vonheeder-Leopold helps set policies, appoints officers, and hires/oversees the District's General Manager. Board Members are elected directly by constituents of DSRSD and are ultimately responsible and accountable to people of the District. Senior Engineer (Development & Construction Services)

Jackie Yee

Senior Engineers overseeing the Development and Construction Services Division handle design review, permitting and inspection services. This involves reviewing plans for developments, inspecting active construction sites during installation, and overseeing any building improvements that might impact use of water or sewer pipelines. Senior Engineers also coordinate with municipalities, such as the Cities of Dublin, San Ramon and Pleasanton, as well as other agencies and authorities, such as DSRSD-EBMUD Recycled Water Authority (DERWA), Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency (LAVWMA), Dublin Unified School District, and Zone 7 Water Agency. The Senior Engineer for the Planning & Asset Management division provides direction and oversight of the Clean Water programs and the Geographic Information System staff. This mid-management position is responsible for short- and long-term planning, developing and implementing policies and procedures for programs, and coordinates with other divisions to accomplish functions for the District. Water/Wastewater Systems Operator I

The Water/Wastewater Systems Operator performs a broad range of skilled and semi-skilled duties associated with the operation, maintenance and repair of major water, wastewater and recycled water facilities. It is a multi-skilled position, required to perform a variety of tasks including repair, treatment and process calculations, asset calibration, maintenance, quality control, safety, automation, and problem solving. Senior Water/Wastewater Systems Operator

Senior Water/Wastewater Systems Operators plan, coordinate, and implement operations, maintenance, and repair program for major potable water, recycled water facilities, and for major sewer collection systems; provide lead direction to assigned staff; sets priorities and directs the work of assigned staff on a project or day-to-day basis; and perform the full range of work in support of District system installation, inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance and repair activities, including heavy equipment and stationary and mobile equipment operation. The Laboratory & Environmental Compliance Manager organizes and provides direction and oversight of a comprehensive analytical laboratory, including testing and sampling; updates laboratory methods and determines test procedures; develops and implements the quality assurance program; and provides technical support for administering the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System program. This mid-management position directs the implementation of goals and policies for the laboratory, monitors changes in laws that may affect operations, and prepares regulatory reports. Laboratory Technician

The Laboratory Technician performs a variety of routine to complex duties in support of the Laboratory and Technical Services division including collecting of samples, performing field and laboratory chemical and biological tests on various matrices including potable and recycled water, wastewater, and industrial wastes, and assisting with investigations to determine and mitigate system problems.
