New Online Bill Pay Portal & Remit Address Are Here

New Payment Portal is Now Available

Great news Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) customers! On January 1, 2025 DSRSD launched a new and improved online bill payment portal designed just for you. This portal will allow our customers to:

  • View their current bills
  • Make payments online by credit, debit, or e-check
  • Enroll in paperless billing and autopay

Our former online payment system Paymentus is no longer available. Customers must use our new payment portal to pay their bills online. Access the new portal at www.dsrsd.com/pay.

DSRSD has a New Remit Address for Checks & Online Banking

On January 1, 2025 DSRSD also changed its remit address for payments made through check and online bank accounts. Beginning with your January/February 2025 DSRSD bill, update the remit address to:

PO Box 744931
Los Angeles, CA 90074-4931

If you pay your bill through your bank's bill pay service, enter your account number followed by your customer number with no spaces or dashes.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find my customer and account numbers?

You can find your DSRSD customer and account number in the blue bar at the top of your bill, in your AquaHawk portal, or in your billing email if you are enrolled in paperless billing.

Does the new payment portal affect autopay?

If you are already enrolled in autopay, your preference has been automatically roll over to the new payment system. If you would like to enroll in autopay for the first time, create an account in the new payment portal or call (925) 828-8524 Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

If I do not want to pay my bills online, what other payment options are there?

Please see the backside of your bill or our Payment Options webpage for a full list of accepted payment options.

Does DSRSD still have AquaHawk?

Yes, AquaHawk is not affected by this change. Customers are still encouraged to create an AquaHawk account to see their property's water usage hour-by-hour.
