All permit applications, plan submittals, and plan reviews must be submitted through our Citizens Self Service Portal. This includes:

  • Limited Construction Permits
  • Plan Submittals
  • Inspection & Meter Set Requests
  • District Infrastructure Map Requests
  • Water Pressure (Fireflow) Requests

In-Person Permit Counter Appointments

The Dublin San Ramon Services District permit counter is by appointment only. We do not conduct plan reviews in person. Appointments can be made for the following reasons:

  • General permitting questions
  • Drop off or pick up items for District staff
  • Pick up recycled water signs after payment of fees
