Miscellaneous Fees

Capacity Reserve Fees

Capacity Reserve Fees are one-time charges for new connections to the water or wastewater system or tenant improvements to existing properties.

Fees for Plan Review: In accordance with the District Code, the cost of the first two project submittals is included in the initial project planning and review fees. Subsequent submittals will be billed based on District cost. Official submittals are determined by staff.
