If you are making a payment to avoid loss of service or to have service restored, after payment is complete please call Customer Service during regular business hours at (925) 828-8524.

If payment is made outside of regular business hours and you need immediate restoration of service, please contact the after hours emergency number (510) 667-7721. After hours service fees may apply.

Failure to follow the remittance instructions for any method of payment may result in a delayed or rejected payment. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure payment is received by DSRSD on or before the due date.

Pay Online

Click the link below to pay your bill online. Through our payment portal, customers can sign up for AutoPay, enroll in paperless billing, view bills, and make payments by debit, credit, or bank account using one-time e-checks.

To pay your bill through your bank’s bill pay service, enter your account number followed by your customer number with no spaces or dashes.

Pay with a Live Phone Call

Customers can pay their DSRSD bill by speaking with a Customer Service representative Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Payments can be made with debit, credit, or by bank account using one-time e-checks. Enrollment in recurring money transfers (Autopay) from a bank account (ACH) are also accepted over the phone.

Automated Telephone 

To pay your bill by phone after business hours, call the Customers Service phone number and follow the automated prompts. Payments by debit, credit, or bank account using e-checks are accepted using automated telephone; you must have your DSRSD account and customer number ready.

Checks should be made payable to “Dublin San Ramon Services District” and have the account number and customer number written on the check. Include your remittance stub in the envelope. Please do not mail cash.

Checks and money orders can be placed in the 24-hour drop box in the parking lot on the west side of the District Office (7051 Dublin Blvd., Dublin - next to Big O Tires). Please do not put cash in the drop box.  

Checks should be made payable to “Dublin San Ramon Services District” and have the account number and customer number written on the check. Include your remittance stub in the envelope.

Customers can pay their DSRSD bill at the Customer Service Counter Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Checks, money orders, cash payments, and credit and debit cards are accepted at the counter. Enrollment in recurring money transfers (Autopay) from a bank account (ACH) is also available.

Sign up for Paperless Billing

Customers enrolled in paperless billing will receive a PDF bill through email. Create an account through our Online Payment Portal to sign up for paperless billing.

Sign up for Autopay

Customers enrolled in AutoPay have their bills paid automatically on the due date directly from their bank account. This free service eliminates the cost of postage and pays your bill on time. You will still receive a statement for your records (Dublin San Ramon Services District bills every 60 days).
