DSRSD Promotes Michelle Gallardo to Administrative Services Director

DUBLIN, CA (March 24, 2024)—Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) is proud to announce the promotion of Michelle Gallardo to Administrative Services Director. She began serving as Interim Administrative Services Director in April 2024 and stepped into the role permanently starting March 3, 2023.
As Administrative Services Director, Gallardo is responsible for overseeing much of DSRSD’s internal support operations, including human resources & risk management, public affairs, information technology, safety & security, emergency preparedness, and legislative affairs.
"Michelle’s deep understanding of DSRSD’s operations and industry knowledge make her an invaluable asset to our team,” said DSRSD General Manger Jan Lee. “I am confident that under her leadership, the Administrative Services Department will continue to help DSRSD thrive."
With over 18 years of dedicated service to DSRSD, Gallardo has held multiple leadership roles, including HR & Risk Manager for 11 years and Special Assistant to the General Manager overseeing HR & Risk, Public Affairs, and Emergency Response. During her time as Acting Administrative Services Director, Gallardo provided oversight and stability for organizational transitions. She brings extensive expertise in human resources, risk management, and organizational leadership, supported by a bachelor’s degree in management from Saint Mary’s College and professional certifications in human resources.

Founded in 1953, DSRSD serves approximately 192,000 people, providing potable and recycled water service to Dublin and the Dougherty Valley area of San Ramon, wastewater collection and treatment to Dublin and south San Ramon, and wastewater treatment to Pleasanton (by contract).
