Biography
Director Goel was appointed to the Board in February 2021 to fill a vacant seat. Director Goel is a civil engineer (master's and bachelor's degrees) with a focus on hydrology/hydraulics. He has experience as a flood control design engineer for the County of Alameda with an in-depth understanding of watersheds, groundwater supply, drainage, and biofiltration. Director Goel has served on the Dublin City Council and the Dublin Planning Commission. He also has experience in fiscal responsibility, budgetary planning, and strategic vision planning.
