Elected Positions
DSRSD Director
As part of a five-member Board, Director Georgean Vonheeder-Leopold helps set policies, appoints officers, and hires/oversees the District's General Manager. Board Members are elected directly by constituents of DSRSD and are ultimately responsible and accountable to people of the District. Director Vonheeder-Leopold also represents DSRSD with partner groups and membership associations.

Senior Engineer (Planning & Asset Management)
The Senior Engineer for the Planning & Asset Management division provides direction and oversight of the Clean Water programs and the Geographic Information System staff. This mid-management position is responsible for short- and long-term planning, developing and implementing policies and procedures for programs, and coordinates with other divisions to accomplish functions for the District. The Senior Engineer manages interagency projects and initiatives, develops standards for asset management, and provides technical support.

Senior Engineer (Development & Construction Services)
Senior Engineers overseeing the Development and Construction Services Division handle design review, permitting and inspection services. This involves reviewing plans for developments, inspecting active construction sites during installation, and overseeing any building improvements that might impact use of water or sewer pipelines. Senior Engineers also coordinate with municipalities, such as the Cities of Dublin, San Ramon and Pleasanton, as well as other agencies and authorities, such as DSRSD-EBMUD Recycled Water Authority (DERWA), Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency (LAVWMA), Dublin Unified School District, and Zone 7 Water Agency. The position requires a lot of coordinating, communication and keeping District standards updated.
