The Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility includes the Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Jeffrey G. Hansen Water Recycling Plant, the Commercial Recycled Water Fill Station, and the Biosolids Facility.

Public Records Act Requests

The District provides access to public records to comply with the California Public Records Act and other laws, and to be open and transparent. Anyone may ask to inspect or obtain copies of public records in the District’s possession.
