San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) Water Capacity Reserve Fees

DSRSD Water Capacity Charges

Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) provides potable water and recycled water distribution services to the Dougherty Valley area of San Ramon. New connections or tenant improvements can represent an increase in demand for water distribution services. DSRSD Code requires that this demand be assessed in the form of a capacity charge payable to DSRSD. Customers are purchasing capacity in the DSRSD water distribution systems. Fees are based on meter size and the capacity supplied. 5/8" equivalence is equal to 10 gallons per minute.

DSRSD and Zone 7 fees are revised annually on July 1 and Jan 1, respectively, based on changes in the Engineering News Record (ENR) Construction Cost Index and are subject to change at other times.
