Biography
Director Vonheeder-Leopold began her service at the District with an appointment in January 1992 to fill a vacancy and was subsequently elected, reelected, and reappointed to the Board multiple times. She has been active in public service for over 40 years. She was a member of the Dublin City Council from 1984 to 1990, served on various city and county commissions as well as a host of nonprofit boards, and was the City's historian from 2008 through 2020.
Director Vonheeder-Leopold has lived in Dublin since 1971 and retired from a 45-year career in tax accounting.
