The AquaHawk Customer Portal is a free online tool that provides 24/7 access to your water usage. After creating an account, customers can:
  • See their property's water use hour-by-hour
  • Check for constant water flow that may indicate a leak
  • Set personalized text or email notifications based on water use or projected bill amounts

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How does AquaHawk work?

    A radio transmitter is connected to your property’s water meter, sending your water usage data to AquaHawk and Dublin San Ramon Services District several times a day. 
  • Why can't I see my property's water usage from a few hours ago?

    It takes 12 hours for your property’s meter to send its hourly water usage reads to the AquaHawk portal and Dublin San Ramon Services District. Dublin San Ramon Services District staff cannot view how much water your property used during this delay window.
  • Why doesn’t my actual water bill match the last “Estimated Bill” amount on AquaHawk?

    The estimated bill is a complex calculation performed by AquaHawk which takes into account your previous usage during the same billing period and your recent consumption patterns, among other factors. Your actual consumption may be higher or lower than the estimate that AquaHawk provides.

    The District determines your water consumption by calculating the difference between your current and prior meter read. The meter read that you are billed for is taken 7 to 10 days prior to the bill date.

    When you end your service with the District, your consumption is "trued-up" from your last read date to your end date.

  • How can AquaHawk show me if my property may have a leak?

    If your water usage is higher than anticipated, visit our Leaks and High Water Bills page for details on how to determine if a leak is the cause of the problem. 
  • Who do I contact for AquaHawk assistance?

    Contact Dublin San Ramon Services District at customerservice@dsrsd.com or (925) 828-8524 Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. for assistance with setting up an account or questions about your property’s water use. After creating an account, users can also click “Help” in the upper right corner of the AquaHawk screen for information on how to use the AquaHawk portal.
